Corporate Communications Specialist

We are growing very fast company and so are our corporate communications needs. We are looking for a self-driven, 360 corporate communications professional to form part of our Global Corporate Communications team.
Alongside the HQ team, you will be responsible for shaping and promoting Company´s corporate image and corporate responsibility initiatives to external audiences, implement internal communications initiatives and look after the brand as a local employer, supporting our talent acquisition objectives.
You will engage with internal stakeholders to align on business priorities and develop the respective action plans, while you will also build relationships with community partners and external stakeholders to develop content and amplify our voice locally.



■ In collaboration with the HQ Communications team, you will define external communication objectives locally, while shaping and implementing a comprehensive external communications plan to support business priorities.
■ Liaise with local media to identify the right opportunities to amplify our voice.
■ Create and curate content for various target groups and audiences.
■ Plan, organize and execute external events.
■ Work alongside the HQ Corporate Responsibility team to monitor the annual corporate responsibility plan locally and coordinate with market teams for local execution.
■ Work on an annual plan and identify opportunities to communicate the company’s CR work locally.
■ Provide communications support to existing and future CR initiatives.
■ Deliver local internal communications initiatives that ensure top-bottom strategy dissemination & organize events for our people.
■ Coordinate work and relationships with local PR agency.



■ Minimum 5 years’ experience in the broader communications/PR fields.
■ Outstanding writing skills in your local language and English.
■ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
■ An ability to tackle multiple projects and tasks at the same time, prioritizing and re-prioritizing when needed.
■ Creativity and resourcefulness in developing and executing community events.
■ Commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced and often-changing work environment.
■ A Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, Communications or Marketing/PR is desirable. A Master’s degree in the above fields will be considered a plus.
