CS Operations Specialist – Bogota/Colômbia

The CS Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our page and
focuses on the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive page and the preparation of
post-incident reporting.

Responsibilities
● Monitor and maintain the status page with real-time information;
● Gather detailed incident information and their timelines for status updates;
● Develop reports and conduct root cause analysis and recommendations for preventive
measures;
● Analyze incident trends and patterns to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement in
incident management procedures;
● Manage and update help center content;
● Collaborate with teams to compile data and insights, implement process improvements
and preventive measures.

Requisitos

Requirements

● Minimum 2 year experience in CS role;
● Solid understanding of CS Operations;
● Excellent knowledge of MS Office / G Suite;
● Excellent communication skills;
● Proactive with a strong work ethic and eagerness to ‘go the extra mile’;
● Resourcefulness and creative thinking;
● Proven ability to work as part of a team, adding positive attitude and business focus;
● Experience in incident management will be considered an asset;
● Willing to work on night shift;

● Excellent level of English;
