We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bogota, Colombia. This role serves as the primary point of contact and coordinator for our growing office.

– Manage all administrative tasks including facility management, supplies, mail, and travel arrangements
– Coordinate office activities and events
– Provide support to visitors and handle general inquiries
– Assist with onboarding and offboarding of new employees
– Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
– Order and organize refreshments for meetings

Requisitos

– High school diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred
– 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional office environment
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
– Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
– Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Fluent in English
