We are seeking a creative, experienced, and results-driven social media enthusiast to
join our team. The Social Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in support and executing our
social media strategy helping to engage our audience, building connections and increasing
brand awareness.

You will work with cross-functional internal and external teams to plan, create
and produce content for all social media platforms and contribute to the strategic efforts to meet
the company goals. The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about sports, creative and have
clear understanding of different social media platforms, trends and metrics.


● Manage ongoing conversations across different social media channels
● Working closely with the content team and external partners to develop social media
content that accommodates latest trend in features, channels & campaigns
● Follow the company voice & tone ensuring that our social media represents our brand image
and personality;
● Create and publis social media content across channels on a daily basis
● Overseeing social media activities across channels (Instagram, TikTok & X)
● Collaborate with internal and external teams to create and execute organic content in
accordance with marketing activities in other channels
● Work closely with internal and external teams to innovate and improve our social media

● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and leverage
them to drive growth
● Work closely with influencers and partners to develop and execute influencer
marketing campaigns.


● 3 or more years of social media experience, including Social media content & activity
planning, Social media trend monitoring, and Social media reporting
● Hands on experience in daily social media management from develop and create content
● Passionate about social media and sports. Background in social media for sports or gaming
companies and/or experience related to social media for sports is a plus;
● Open to alternative work-schedules (during weekends and/or nights when its necesary)
● Great organizational skills; ability to monitor multiple social media platforms concurrently
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough
understanding of social media management and strategy.
● Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms
● Strong understanding of digital/online platforms and its application;
● Ability to manage multiple streams of work at one time;
● Detail-oriented and results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Self-motivated, flexible and a team player.
